Seller: Brandon Armant Marketing and Media Communications, LLC (hereafter referred to as "BAMM Communications")

Package: Personal Branding Powerhouse Package

Retail Price: $5750 + 9.5% tax

1. Acceptance of Terms:By purchasing the Personal Branding Powerhouse Package, the buyer agrees to these Terms & Conditions, which constitute a binding agreement between the buyer and BAMM Communications. The buyer acknowledges and agrees that they have read, understood, and accepted these Terms & Conditions before completing the purchase.

2. Package Inclusions:The Personal Branding Powerhouse Package includes the following deliverables:

• Personal Brand Development and Marketing Strategy: A 30-minute personalized session to craft a marketing strategy aligned with the buyer’s Unique Value Proposition (UVP) and goals. (Up to three 30-minute phone consultations, to be completed within 4 weeks)
• Custom E-Book Creation: A custom e-book designed to position the buyer as an authority. Includes one revision. (To be completed within 6 weeks)
• Online Course Development: A customized online course outline, including a detailed script. This does not include producing the course. (To be completed within 6 weeks, includes one revision)

3. Delivery Timeline:The total timeline for the package deliverables is 15 weeks after the purchase date, contingent upon the buyer’s timely responses and feedback. Any delay in providing required feedback or approvals may extend the delivery timeline.

4. Payment Structure:Payments should be made in full unless a three-month installment plan has been activated with a discount code provided by the seller. For installment plans, the payment schedule is as follows:

• 1st Payment: Due prior to the commencement of the project.
• 2nd Payment: Due four weeks after the due date of the first payment.
• 3rd Payment: Due four weeks after the due date of the second payment.

The project will not proceed beyond each milestone until the corresponding payment is received.

5. Revisions:Each service (Custom E-Book Creation and Online Course Development) includes one round of revisions. Additional revisions beyond the first round will incur an extra charge, which will be communicated and agreed upon before any additional work is carried out.

6. Tax:All prices listed are exclusive of applicable taxes. A 9.5% tax will be added to the total amount due.

7. Refund Policy:All sales are final. Due to the personalized nature of the services provided, refunds are not available once the project has commenced. If the buyer chooses to cancel the project before its completion, no refund will be issued for any payments already made.

8. Cancellation:The buyer may cancel the project at any time; however, no refunds will be issued for payments already made. BAMM Communications reserves the right to terminate the agreement if the buyer fails to make the required payments or does not adhere to the agreed-upon timeline for providing feedback and approvals.

9. Intellectual Property:Upon full payment, the buyer will own all intellectual property rights to the final deliverables. However, BAMM Communications retains the right to use the work for promotional purposes unless otherwise agreed in writing.

10. Limitation of Liability:BAMM Communications will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages, including but not limited to loss of revenue, profits, or business opportunities arising out of or related to the purchase or use of the Personal Branding Powerhouse Package.

11. Dispute Resolution:Any disputes arising from or related to this agreement will be resolved through binding arbitration in the jurisdiction of New Orleans, Louisiana. The buyer agrees to cover their own legal costs.

12. Governing Law:This agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Louisiana, without regard to its conflict of law principles.

13. Entire Agreement:These Terms & Conditions constitute the entire agreement between the buyer and BAMM Communications regarding the Personal Branding Powerhouse Package and supersede all prior or contemporaneous communications and proposals, whether oral or written.

14. Amendments:BAMM Communications reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Any such amendments will be effective immediately upon being posted on the website or communicated to the buyer directly.
